Miho Ishihara has over 20 years of professional experience in auditing and financial consulting services.
From 1996, she worked for Arthur Andersen, and engaged in audit services to public listed companies and unlisted companies in accordance with Japan GAAP, and to subsidiaries of US and other European companies based on the US-GAAP and IAS/IFRS. Also she was involved in consulting services like internal audit and risk management.
After Andersen collapse, she transferred to KPMG. She led engagements of audit, review for both publicly-held and privately-owned businesses.
In 2004, she joined Protiviti LLP (established by ex-Andersen members), and managed consulting services of internal auditing and risk management, US-SOX and J-SOX implementations. During Protiviti, she worked at the Amsterdam office of Protiviti Netherlands for 2 years.
After that, she moved to Ernst&Young and led consulting services of implementation of restructuring.
Since 2009, she has joined PKF Hibiki Audit Corporation and offering auditing, accounting, financial consulting and internal audit services to domestic and international clients.
Miho is graduate of Waseda University with a degree of Law and is Certified Public Accountant licensed in Japan, a Certified Public Tax Accountant licensed in Japan.
